Roots & Runway is a mentorship programme created to uplift and support emerging stylists from underrepresented ethnic backgrounds. We offer online resources and in-store experiences through Selfridges to help build industry connections and provide real-world exposure.

No experience is required. We welcome emerging stylists at all stages, whether you're just starting out, studying or exploring a new path. What matters most is your passion, creativity and commitment to growing in the fashion industry.

Yes! Roots & Runway offers a flexible experience. While some in-person opportunities happen at Selfridges in London, Manchester and Birmingham, many parts of the programme are available online - including workshops. No matter where you're based in the UK, you're welcome to apply.
